Bleed Tracker Printable Journaling Page | A4, A3

£0.00

An evergreen design that you can print off every Gregorian calendar month to track your womb’s menstruation cycle.

Drawn with the peri/menopausal woman in mind (who’s bleeds might be becoming increasingly irregular) this page charts the dates of the month against which you number the days of your period (first day of bleeding is Day One).

The rings give space to note the physical and emotional experience of your bleed cycle (but, of course, write down whatever you want).

The dark and full moons at the bottom of the page can be snipped out and placed wherever they are that month on the tracker.

Inspired by the work of Maisie Hill who offers a tracker in her fantastic book ‘Period Power’ which I’ve adapted and extended here.
